Look scripting and hacking are two different things in a epic way.
Scripting means. A cfg file that was created by a user created which can only be executed when anti-cheat is turned off. Hacking means: A "Program" That automaticly passes the Anti-Cheat firewall and allows the user to access many different settings such as The Data core with the menus ect.
Here are some examples for noobs who dont know crap about this. This is a simple Trail ( A beam or objects that spawn -stay for a moment and disapear while following you) ::::This trail was created by me and no other douche bag on the W.W.W (World Wide Web)::::::
I am sorry for the length of this post but i want some nooblets to realise that there is a major diffrence between hacking and Scripting.
Now i hope that people udnerstand what i mean when i say " Yo man can i exec my Firework script?" (Others Say) No u fag ur gonna hack the server ! (I Say) Fuck u man its not a hack its a nice firework. (They ban me 2 days later for asking the question " Can u put sv_cheats on 1 for a second ?"

Scripting is still a form of gaining an advantage over others. Im not saying all scripts are like that but a lot of them are. Ive seen people with the bhop scripts and crouch jump scripts that help them get to places faster and make it harder to kill them. This is why scripting is usually not allowed on most servers.

Yes. Iknow what you mean by this but many servers are created for these scripts. but what im trying to get people to udnerstand is that the way the files are created and how they are used is different.
So i am saying is im some one who can be trusted with sv_cheats on in a [DP] server.
Things i may do -- Luanch fireworks for others. Spawn fireballs animated npc's to do a battles with. Trails.
Thigs i wil never do. Make a nuclear blast Make a screen layer. Spam barrels. and a few other things.

I doubt sv_cheats will ever be enabled in any of the DP servers. Once people know it is enabled, all hell breaks out. Enough said.

You don't need scripts to do sum of these things. You can do it with admin. sv_cheats will prolly never be on. We can't take any chances with people abusing it.
